Mutt Strut Dog Walk Registration
Registration is $20 per dog. We accept payment by check, mailed to Venice Lions Club, 1289 Jacaranda Blvd., Venice, FL 34292. You can also use Venmo. ​Mutt Strut Waiver and Release - I understand that participating in the Mutt Strut involves walking with my dog in a public setting. I certify that my dog is up to date on vaccinations and will remain leashed at all times. I assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability or injury that may occur to me, my dog, or others. I also grant permission for the use of photographs or video taken during the event that may include my image or my dog’s image, for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes by the event organizers.
