Mutt Strutt Dog Walk Registration
Early registration is $20 per dog, and $25 per dog for on-site registration. We accept payment by check, mailed to Venice Lions Club, 1289 Jacaranda Blvd., Venice, FL 34292. You can also use the Venmo QR code, which is found on each web page in the top right-hand corner. Or, we also accept credit cards through Paypal. Look for the "Buy Now" button below the waiver form. And, after filling out the registration and waiver forms, select the "Submit" button for each form.

 

​Mutt Strutt Waiver and Release - I understand that participating in the Mutt Strutt involves walking with my dog in a public setting. I certify that my dog is up to date on vaccinations and will remain leashed at all times. I assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability or injury that may occur to me, my dog, or others. I also grant permission for the use of photographs or video taken during the event that may include my image or my dog’s image, for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes by the event organizers.
